The 10% Protocol

We believe a region is only as resilient as its foundation. To support the long-term health of the Blue Ridge and beyond, 10% of all professional fees and proceeds are reinvested directly into the community. We bypass middlemen to provide "operational scaffolding"- the strategic, financial, and logistical support required to move local initiatives forward.

Investment Focus

Our reinvestment strategy is guided by three core objectives:

• Regional Stability: Strengthening the systems that keep our communities safe, transparent, and functional.

• Economic Health: Investing in projects that bolster the local economy and support homegrown enterprise.

• Community Initiatives: Providing resources for grassroots efforts that protect our land, our history, and our youth.
